This position involves conducting outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. The specialist will present products and services, follow up on inquiries, and provide consistent customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include updating CRM records, preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, and sharing customer feedback for continuous improvement. The role also includes assisting in training new team members on telesales techniques and contributing ideas to enhance marketing initiatives.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Proven Sales experience, particularly in telesales or inside sales, with a track record of meeting targets.Experience providing Training or coaching to colleagues or new team members.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry for tracking leads and customer interactions.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in marketing, telesales, or call center environments in the region is an advantage.
