We're looking for a driven, personable SDR to bring real estate brokerages onto the platform — setting up qualified meetings forour sales team to close.Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with brokerages via cold calling and by responding to inbound inquiries from campaigns, ads, and demo requests
- Research and target brokerages with strong local inventory but limited access to international buyers
- Build rapport with brokerage owners, principals, and listing agents to understand their listing volume, markets, and cross-border pain points
- Clearly communicate Lndmrk's value: instant access to a global, KYC-verified buyer pool, no workflow change, and revenue on cross-border deals otherwise lost
- Introduce brokerages to the free AI valuation tool as a low-friction way to demonstrate platform value
- Move qualified leads through the funnel — booking demos and connecting prospects to a salesperson
- Follow up with brokerages who showed interest but haven't yet listed their inventory
- Maintain check-ins with onboarded brokerages to ensure satisfaction and surface opportunities to list more inventory
- Collaborate with sales executives and account managers to help the team hit shared targetsQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Prior sales, telesales, or B2B/proptech/real estate experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to coach the rightcandidate
- Comfortable and confident making cold calls, including to brokerage owners and decision-makers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative, relationship-building approach
- Able to explain a platform/software value proposition clearly to non-technical audiences
- Good time management, organization, and basic analytical skills
- Comfortable working with CRM/sales software and general computer tools
- Able to work from a script while still sounding natural and personableFamiliarity with the brokerage business model (listings, commissions, cross-border transactions) is a strong plus
