Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with prospective clients in the projects and retail segments through calls, emails, and online platforms.• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.• Meet the daily outbound calling target and ensure all call activities are updated in the designated tracking sheet.• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture and convert leads.• Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients to support the sales process.• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead management and follow-ups.• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.• Achieve lead generation and business development targets.• Track market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
