Telesales Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.Follow up with leads and schedule property consultations/viewings.Understand client requirements and share suitable property options.Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead records.Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements

1+ year of telecalling/telesales experience, preferably in UAE real estate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, persuasive and target-oriented.Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage.Immediate joiners preferred.
