Telesales Supervisor

Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Real EstateWe are looking for a Telesales Supervisor to lead and manage our telesales team, oversee incoming leads, improve customer engagement, and drive higher conversion rates from leads to qualified opportunities and property visits.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily activities and performance of the telesales team.Distribute incoming leads among team members and ensure timely customer contact.Ensure all customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes are accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.Monitor the customer journey from Lead → Contact → Qualified Lead → Visit.Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential customers.Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.Track key performance indicators, including call volume, contact rate, qualified leads, scheduled visits, and conversion rates.Analyze lost leads and reasons for non-conversion and provide recommendations for improvement.Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with approved sales scripts and communication standards.Coach and support team members to improve sales techniques, objection handling, and overall performance.Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure qualified leads are properly transferred and property visits are scheduled and followed up.Share lead-quality insights and customer feedback with the Marketing Team to support campaign optimization.Prepare regular reports on team performance, lead status, and conversion rates.Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations to management.Drive the team toward achieving telesales targets and improving overall conversion performance.

Requirements

Previous experience in Telesales, Call Center Sales, or Inside Sales; real estate experience is preferred.Previous experience supervising or leading a telesales team.Good knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.Good knowledge of sales funnels and conversion metrics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Target-driven with strong follow-up and organizational skills.Immediate availability is preferred.#Hiring #TelesalesSupervisor #Telesales #SalesSupervisor #RealEstate #RealEstateJobs #JeddahJobs #SaudiJobs
