Location: Dokki, GizaExperience: 5–8 YearsIndustry: Real Estate (Mandatory)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Telesales Team Leader with a strong background in the real estate industry to lead, coach, and develop our telesales team while ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs, conversion rates, and sales reports.Coach team members to improve communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Manage lead distribution, follow-ups, and pipeline performance.Support team members in handling challenging clients and closing deals.Ensure effective CRM utilization and accurate reporting.Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.Develop action plans to improve productivity and sales performance.Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, and competitors.Job Requirements5–8 years of experience in real estate sales/telesales is a must.Previous experience as a Telesales Team Leader in the real estate industry is mandatory.Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market and developers.Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and closing skills.Strong analytical and performance management skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.Work Location: Dokki, Giza
