Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole OverviewWe're partnering with a global manufacturing company to hire a Temporary Invoicing & Documentation Specialist for its Supply Chain MEA Order Centre in Dubai. This is a 3–4 month contract covering a period when invoicing for a key market has to be produced manually, outside SAP. You'll own the accuracy of invoices, packing lists and shipment records for that market, and you'll deliver a complete monthly documentation pack to Finance so billing and month-end close run on time.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and review customer invoices manually, checking pricing, quantities, customer details and terms on every invoicePrepare and verify packing lists for each shipment so they match both the invoice and the actual shipmentCompile and maintain accurate records for all dispatches throughout the monthPut invoices, packing lists and shipment records together into a complete monthly pack for Finance, within the month-end cut-offCross-check documents against each other and against dispatch data, and fix discrepancies before they reach Finance or the customerWhen capacity allows, support the wider shipment document set, including commercial documents, certificates of origin and other export paperworkKey RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field2+ years in invoicing, order processing or export documentationWorking knowledge of invoices, packing lists and export documentsConfident owning accuracy without an ERP's automated checksStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting and comfort with automationHigh attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesFluent Arabic (written and spoken) and professional working EnglishFrench is a plusBased in Dubai and available to start at short notice
