Tenant Relations Manager

The Tenant Relations Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relationships and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. Acts as the main point of contact for tenant concerns, complaints, requests, and community matters, coordinating with relevant departments for timely resolution.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day tenant relations, inquiries, complaints, and requests. Build positive relationships with tenants and regularly gather feedback on their concerns and satisfaction. Receive, record, follow up, and ensure timely resolution of tenant complaints. Coordinate with Facilities, Maintenance, Security, Leasing, Finance, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve tenant concerns. Communicate tenant notices, operational updates, maintenance schedules, and community announcements. Coordinate move-in, move-out, transfers, renewals, and other tenant-related activities with Leasing and Operations. Organize tenant engagement activities, meetings, surveys, and community initiatives. Monitor recurring tenant issues and recommend improvements to management. Maintain accurate tenant records, complaint logs, and service request records. Prepare regular reports on tenant satisfaction, complaints, response times, and unresolved issues. Escalate critical or unresolved tenant concerns to the Operations Manager/General Manager. Promote a professional, safe, and positive community environment.Qualifications5–7 years' experience in tenant relations, property management, customer service, hospitality, or community management. Experience in residential communities, compounds, staff accommodation, or mixed-use properties is preferred. Strong experience in complaint handling and conflict resolution. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and property/tenant management systems. Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work with a diverse tenant population.
