While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.What The Role EntailsAs Tencent Cloud accelerates its global infrastructure and service expansion, we are seeking an experienced, AI-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic cloud-related projects across local and regional markets. In this role, you will oversee the execution of both internal and external initiatives—including those delivered by partner providers—ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and service quality. This role requires a technical mindset, strong project delivery ownership, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills, along with a willingness to explore AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate delivery and improve project outcomes. Candidates must be highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing complex stakeholder networks across international environments.ResponsibilitiesCloud Project Delivery & Coordination: Lead the end-to-end execution of Tencent Cloud-related projects across local and regional markets. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure scope, schedule, and quality alignment.Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Serve as the central point of contact across business, technical, and external stakeholders. Align requirements, clarify delivery milestones, and manage client-facing documentation such as proposals, phase reports, and acceptance documents.Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify delivery risks and operational blockers. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and operations teams to design mitigation strategies, improve delivery frameworks, and uphold service quality.Process Optimization: Continuously refine delivery workflows and collaboration mechanisms to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction for cloud deployment and service projects.AI-Enabled Project Management: Leverage AI-powered assistants and agent tools to support project workflow tracking, execution monitoring, risk identification and escalation, and budget and resource management across the project lifecycle.Who We Look ForBachelor's degree in computer science or its equivalent, with over 5 years of large-scale public cloud-related project management experience.Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, applying AI-powered tools to support project management across the full project lifecycle.Proven expertise in managing complex cloud project delivery for international markets, including infrastructure, telecommunications, or SaaS solutions.Excellent written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is required as approximately 50% of the role involves collaborating with China headquarters on business discussions, meetings, and documentation.Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, with demonstrated success managing cloud projects from initiation through delivery and acceptance for key accounts.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a client-focused approach.Deep understanding of cloud technologies and implementation challenges.Relevant certifications such as PMP, IPMP, or equivalent in project management are preferred.
