Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe’re Hiring | Tender & Qualification Specialisteham Group is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Tender & Qualification Specialist to join our Business Development team.We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in tender management, vendor registration, prequalification, client relationship management, and business development, with solid exposure to the Facility Services, Corporate/Business, and Industrial sectors.The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding eham’s market presence, securing vendor approvals with strategic clients, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the tendering process from qualification through submission and follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and complete the full Vendor Registration, Prequalification & Approval process with existing and potential clients until eham is officially approved as a qualified vendor.Identify and monitor new tenders, RFQs, RFPs, invitations, and business opportunities through client portals and procurement platforms.Manage registrations and opportunities through platforms such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, and other client procurement systems.Maintain and continuously expand the company’s target client and vendor-registration database.Review tender requirements and coordinate internally to ensure complete and compliant submissions.Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documentation, prequalification packages, capability statements, project references, company profiles, and formatted CVs.Coordinate the tendering process with relevant internal departments and bidding teams.Liaise directly with clients to obtain tender clarifications, additional requirements, and qualification updates.Follow up on submitted proposals, quotations, and tenders through client portals and direct communication.Prepare daily and periodic reports covering new opportunities, qualification status, active tenders, submissions, and outcomes.Arrange and support meetings with potential and strategic clients.Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, procurement teams, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.Maintain accurate records of awarded, lost, pending, and upcoming opportunities.Support Business Development leadership in converting qualified accounts into sustainable business opportunities.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.Proven experience within the Facility Services, Industrial, and Corporate/Business sectors.Strong hands-on experience in:Tendering | Prequalification | Vendor Registration | Business Development | Client Relationship ManagementDemonstrated ability to successfully complete client qualification and vendor approval processes.Strong knowledge of corporate procurement procedures and electronic tendering platforms.Experience dealing with major corporations, industrial organizations, procurement departments, and key accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and public relations skills.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.An established professional network across the Facility Services and Industrial sectors will be a strong advantage.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.Strong English communication, business correspondence, reporting, and proposal-writing skills.The Candidate We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is not simply processing tenders, but who understands how to open doors, secure qualifications, build relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to business growth.If you have the experience, industry knowledge, relationships, and drive to turn qualification into opportunity — and opportunity into business, we would like to hear from you.
