Apply & track with Apply EdgeTender Manager – Job Description:Identify and monitor government, corporate, institutional event tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOI opportunities.Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, commercial terms, timelines, and submission conditions.Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Operations, Production, Creative, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to prepare complete bids.Develop technical proposals, commercial proposals, event concepts, presentations, BOQs, budgets, and project plans.Prepare accurate costing and pricing while ensuring the proposed event is commercially viable and competitive.Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, production agencies, artists, AV companies, venues, and other suppliers to obtain quotations and technical inputs.Ensure all required documents such as company profiles, credentials, registrations, certificates, financial documents, declarations, and compliance forms are complete.Prepare and manage tender submission documents within strict deadlines.Conduct pre-bid meetings, site visits, clarification meetings, and client presentations where required.Track tender status, amendments, corrigenda, deadlines, and results.Maintain a database of submitted tenders, upcoming opportunities, competitors, pricing, and win/loss analysis.Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.Support contract negotiations and handover of successfully awarded projects to the Operations/Project Management team.Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their event requirements and procurement processes.Key Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Typically 3–7 years of experience in tender management, event management, business development, or proposal management.Strong knowledge of RFP/tender processes and documentation.Excellent costing, budgeting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and proposal/presentation preparation.Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines.Strong coordination and vendor-management skills.Knowledge of government e-tendering portals such as GeM and CPPP can be an advantage.Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, government events, activations, or MICE is preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number and value of tenders submitted.Tender win/conversion rate.Accuracy of costing and documentation.Timely submission of bids.Gross margin/profitability of won projects.Number of new clients/accounts acquired through tenders.Quality and competitiveness of technical proposals.
