(SADSCO) is a Multinational Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals, Medical devices & Food Supplements distributor with a 70-year legacy in the Saudi healthcare market. SADSCO serves government tender (NUPCO), private hospital, pharmacy chains, and e-pharmacy channels across the Kingdom.Job SummarySADSCO is seeking a Tender Manager to own and grow the company's government and institutional tender business, with a primary focus on NUPCO and related government procurement channels. This role is central to SADSCO's commercial transformation reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Tender Manager will drive tender scoring improvements, manage the full bid lifecycle, and coordinate closely with SADSCO’s partners to strengthen the competitive position in government accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full tender lifecycle, opportunity identification, bid preparation, pricing strategy, submission, and post-award contract management for NUPCO and other government/institutional tenders.Drive measurable improvements in NUPCO tender scoring by coordinating with SADSCO’s partners & strengthen SADSCO's local-content position.Build and maintain strong working relationships with NUPCO, Market Place, ARAMCO Medical, Ministry of Health procurement teams, and other government account stakeholders.Monitor competitor tender activity, pricing benchmarks, and award outcomes, and use this intelligence to continuously refine SADSCO's bidding strategy.Ensure full compliance of tender submissions with documentation requirements, SFDA registration status, and contractual terms.Forecast tender-channel volumes and revenue, and report performance against targets to the Head of Commercial on a regular basis.Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability and full contract fulfillment on awarded tenders.Identify and pursue new government and institutional tender opportunities aligned with SADSCO's expanding portfolio. Managing a team of collection, setting targets, and providing guidance and support.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical government tender or institutional sales in Saudi Arabia, with direct, hands-on NUPCO experience required.Demonstrated track record of managing competitive government tender processes and improving award outcomes.Strong working knowledge of SFDA regulatory requirements, scoring dynamics within NUPCO tenders.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Established network within KSA government and institutional healthcare procurement is strongly preferred.
