Are you an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with experience in healthcare tenders? We're looking for a Tender Specialist to manage the complete tender lifecycle across government and private sectors, ensuring compliant, competitive, and timely bid submissions that support our business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and identify tender opportunities through NUPCO (SRM & iNUPCO), Wasfaty, Etimad, Direct Purchase (DP), Ministry Platforms, Customer Platforms, and private sector channels.Manage the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification through submission, award, and post-award follow-up.Prepare, review, and submit technical, commercial, and regulatory documentation before tender deadlines.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management to ensure successful tender execution.Develop pricing analyses, commercial comparisons, and bid recommendations aligned with company strategy and profitability targets.Track tender updates, addendums, clarifications, and objections while ensuring timely internal communication.Monitor awarded tenders, support contract implementation, and coordinate supply commitments with relevant departments.Maintain complete tender documentation, pricing approvals, contracts, and management reports.Support continuous improvement of tender processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Supply Chain.2–5 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.Hands-on experience with NUPCO, Wasfaty, Etimad, iNUPCO, and other government procurement platforms is highly preferred.Strong understanding of SFDA regulations, government procurement processes, and healthcare tender requirements.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsTender pricing and commercial analysis.Bid preparation and contract administration.Cross-functional collaboration.Strong attention to detail and documentation management.Problem-solving and negotiation skills.Knowledge of Saudi healthcare procurement regulations.
