The company provides end-to-end consultancy, including proof checking, DPR preparation, detailed design, and PMC services for EPC contracts and PPP projects. The organization is driven by a vision to be a leading practitioner in infrastructure design consultancy and to offer optimal, reliable design solutions to its clients.Role Description The Tendering Manager will lead and manage the complete tendering process for infrastructure design projects, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and submission of bids. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal design, finance, and project teams for inputs, and preparing technical and commercial proposals that align with client requirements and company standards. The role involves managing pre-bid queries, participating in client meetings, tracking tender opportunities, and maintaining tender documentation and databases. The Tendering Manager will also collaborate with procurement and sales functions to optimize pricing strategies, support negotiations, and contribute to business development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including document analysis, bid strategy, and proposal drafting.Candidates should possess skills in Procurement, with the ability to coordinate vendor inputs, cost estimates, and pricing for tenders.Candidates should possess skills in Sales, including client interaction, bid presentations, and contributing to business development efforts.Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and meeting tender deadlines.Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or construction/project management is an advantage.Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant tendering or ERP software.Candidates should have prior experience in tendering for infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, and EPC/PPP contracts.Candidates should have effective communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under time constraints.
