Tendering Manager

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Tendering Manager to join our team.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.• Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering and estimation within the contracting and construction industry.• Strong experience in tendering and estimation within the contracting and construction industry.• Strong experience in Infrastructure Works, Buildings, and Transmission Line Projects.• Strong experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, quantity take-off, and technical & commercial proposal development.• Good knowledge of contracts, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.• Experience in reviewing tender requirements and preparing competitive technical and commercial bids.• Proven experience in leading and managing tendering teams and overseeing the overall tendering process.• Ability to review and approve cost estimates, pricing strategies, and technical & commercial proposals before submission.• In-depth knowledge of current market prices, material and subcontractor rates, and construction industry pricing trends to ensure accurate and competitive tender pricing.• Experience in coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Management teams during the tendering process.• Ability to manage multiple tenders, priorities, deadlines, and bid submissions.• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
