Team members join a growing, solutions-oriented company contributing directly to the advancement of healthcare standards in the region.Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for medical equipment and consumables. This role includes identifying relevant tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather technical, financial, and legal inputs. The Tendering Specialist prepares and submits competitive proposals, ensures compliance with tender requirements, and maintains accurate tender documentation and records. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing tender specifications, liaising with suppliers and partners for pricing and terms, monitoring tender timelines, and following up on submitted bids. The role also requires collaboration with procurement and sales teams to support negotiation, contract finalization, and post-award activities, while contributing to continuous improvement of tendering processes.Qualifications Strong tender management skills, including experience overseeing the full tender lifecycle and ensuring compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating tender specifications, pricing structures, and risk, with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and for presenting tender outcomes.Proficiency in proposal writing and documentation, with attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, accurate, and persuasive submissions.Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing strategies within the healthcare or medical devices sector.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.Solid skills in MS Office and tendering/procurement systems; familiarity with local Saudi and GCC tender regulations is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate professional integrity, and maintain accurate records and reports.Prior experience in medical equipment, consumables, or healthcare industry tendering is highly beneficial.
