The company provides pan-India tender support and end-to-end bid strategy and management guidance.Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing end-to-end tender and procurement activities for clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying relevant government tenders and GeM opportunities, analyzing eligibility and tender requirements, and coordinating tender documentation, including registrations, certifications, and compliance. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposals, supporting bid submissions, and maintaining accurate records of tender status, deadlines, and outcomes. The Tendering Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements, address queries from tendering authorities, and contribute to bid strategies that improve win rates. The role also includes monitoring government portals for new opportunities, updating clients regularly, and ensuring timely, high-quality tender responses aligned with ProBid’s standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills, including experience with government tenders and public procurement processes.Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills for reviewing tender documents, assessing eligibility, and evaluating risk and opportunity.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess solid Proposal Writing skills, including drafting technical and commercial bids and organizing supporting documentation.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, public administration, or a related field are preferred.Knowledge of GeM portal processes, government procurement policies, and MSME-focused schemes will be an advantage.Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work to strict deadlines in a structured, on-site environment are essential.Proficiency with MS Office and online tendering platforms, along with prior experience in consultancy or bidding services, will be beneficial.
