Tendering Specialist

Role Description The Tendering Specialist at الأمباط القابضة | Ambatt will manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant opportunities, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating internal inputs to prepare compliant, competitive bids. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, where the specialist will liaise with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal information, and ensure timely submission of all tender responses. Daily responsibilities include drafting and refining proposals, maintaining tender documentation and databases, tracking tender statuses, and supporting post-submission clarifications. The role also involves collaborating with procurement and finance to align pricing strategies, analyzing tender requirements and outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong tender management and procurement skills, including experience handling complete tender cycles and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills to review tender requirements, compare bidding conditions, and evaluate financial and technical implications.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with clients, and present tender information clearly and professionally.Candidates should possess solid proposal writing skills to prepare structured, accurate, and persuasive tender documents that comply with client specifications.Prior experience in tendering, bids, proposals, or contracts, preferably within construction, industrial, or holding company environments.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender or ERP systems; fluency in English is required, Arabic proficiency is a plus.
