Tendering Specialist

We’re Hiring | Tender Specialist – NUPCO Focus | Saudi NationalAlmarfa Medical is looking for a Saudi Tender Specialist with strong experience in healthcare and government tenders, with particular focus on NUPCO.This is an important commercial role within our organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from opportunity identification through submission, clarification, award, and post-award follow-up.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and identify relevant NUPCO and healthcare tender opportunities• Manage the complete tender submission process• Review tender documents, requirements, specifications, and deadlines• Coordinate technical and commercial submissions with internal teams and international suppliers• Prepare and organize required tender documentation• Ensure all submissions are compliant, complete, and submitted on time• Manage pricing documentation, guarantees, certificates, and required supporting documents• Follow up on clarifications, evaluations, awards, and purchase orders• Maintain an organized database of active, submitted, awarded, and lost tenders• Monitor tender performance and provide regular reports to management• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and our international partnersRequirements:• Saudi National• Previous experience with NUPCO tenders is a MUST• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related sector is preferred• Strong understanding of government procurement and tender processes• Excellent organizational and document-management skills• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously• Strong attention to detail• Good English communication skillsWe are looking for someone proactive — not simply someone who submits tenders, but someone who understands how to manage opportunities strategically and improve our success rate.📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
