BeSpoke District focuses on delivering distinctive, high-end interior solutions that elevate spaces and create lasting impressions.Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for BeSpoke District’s projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, and preparing high-quality proposals and bid submissions. The role involves analyzing client requirements, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, maintaining accurate tender records, and supporting negotiations with clients and partners. The Tendering Specialist also collaborates with sales, procurement, and operations to align bids with pricing strategies, delivery capabilities, and project timelines, helping to secure profitable contracts in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Tender Management skills, including experience in end-to-end bid preparation and submission.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements, pricing structures, and competitive positioning.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage with clients and suppliers.Candidates should possess Proposal Writing skills to produce clear, accurate, and persuasive tender documents.Candidates should possess Procurement knowledge to coordinate with suppliers and understand cost, materials, and timelines.Relevant experience in construction, interiors, or fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC market.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals or ERP systems is an advantage.
