Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Department of PSYCHOLOGY at the UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA, College ofLiberal Arts and Sciences, invites applications for a full-time,nine-month, tenure-accruing Assistant Professor in the field ofDevelopmental Science. The specific area of research is open butshould focus on developmental research in both brain and behavior thatcomplements and expands existing strengths in the department and theuniversity at large, including the development of cognition,perception, attention, memory, language, decision making, emotion,and/or social functioning. Priority will be given to candidates withresearch expertise in children from early childhood through middlechildhood. Research and training in our developmental psychologyprogram encompasses the lifespan; hence, we will also considercandidates whose expertise spans multiple life stages, includingchildhood. Applicants should have an outstanding record of researchachievement and a commitment to undergraduate and graduate instructionin developmental psychology and neuroscience.
