With over 1,200 successfully delivered projects, Smart Konnect is backed by a strong management team and an experienced in-house workforce, including architects, engineers, supervisors, masons, QC specialists, and machine operators.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site project work and off site work. Terrazzo Flooring & Wall Engineers / Foreman will oversee the planning, installation, and finishing of terrazzo flooring and wall systems, ensuring work is completed to design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings and technical specifications, coordinating materials and equipment, guiding site teams of masons and installers, and monitoring progress against project timelines. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors, and preparing basic reports on work status, quality checks, and site conditions. The position also requires adherence to company processes, efficient resource use, and proactive communication to support successful project delivery.Qualifications Experience in terrazzo, decorative flooring, and wall systems, including installation, finishing, and repair of terrazzo, polished concrete, and related surfaces.Solid understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and site execution methods for floor and wall finishes.Proficiency in managing site teams, supervising masons and installers, and coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment used in decorative flooring and wall applications, including surface preparation and curing processes.Strong focus on quality control, safety standards, and compliance with local regulations and project requirements.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, architects, and main contractors.Ability to plan daily work, track progress, solve on-site technical issues, and produce clear status and inspection reports.Previous experience in UAE or GCC construction/fit-out projects, especially in decorative finishes
