This position involves visiting dealers, distributors, and farmers to promote agrochemical products, provide product demonstrations, and collect market feedback. The Territory Manager will plan and execute territory business plans, monitor sales performance, and ensure proper implementation of marketing activities. Daily tasks include maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing service issues, coordinating with internal teams for supply and logistics, and preparing regular reports on sales, competitors, and market trends. The role also includes conducting farmer meetings, training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related discipline is preferred.Candidate must have 5 - 6 years of Experience.Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess territory performance, and support informed business decisions.Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop territory plans, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with farmers, distributors, and internal stakeholders in a clear and supportive manner.Experience in agrochemicals, agriculture inputs, or related fields, with knowledge of crop protection products and farming practices.Ability to travel within the Bareilly territory, work in field conditions, and build long-term relationships with farming communities.
