Territory Manager | Capital Equipment | NSW South

With an expanding hospital portfolio and a strong local leadership team, they’re investing in growth and looking for a driven Territory Manager/Business Development Manager to join their NSW team.You’ll take ownership of a hospital territory spanning both public and private hospitals, managing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities across capital and rental products. Supported by an engaged clinical and commercial team, you’ll be empowered to make a genuine impact.What background do you need for this role?Proven experience selling into hospitals or healthcare environments for ideally capital and/or consumable equipment.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the buying process in healthcareAbility to manage and grow a territory with autonomy and accountabilityTrack record of delivering sales results and building long-term partnershipsExperience in pressure care management or patient handling is advantageousWhat sort of person are they looking for?A relationship builder who can engage confidently with clinicians and executives alikeStrategic, curious, and commercially minded.
