CSA Electrical SalesTerritory Sales Manager - Tampa/St Pete Metro AreCSA Electrical Sales Inc is a Florida based electrical manufacturers’ representative agency selling through electrical distribution with a focus on calling on OEMs, industrial MRO facilities, municipalities, as well as residential, commercial and industrial contractors. We are currently seeking an employee to serve as a Territory Manager for the Tampa/St. Petersburg metro area. What you will be doing: Maintain and grow sales with the existing customer base within your territoryRepresent 15+ manufacturers product lines Understand and stay up to date with key product features and benefits Generate new customers from cold calling and manufacturers leads Maintain an active quote log, daily sales call report, and customer contacts in CRM system Partner with Customer Service Reps on customer needs Point of contact for escalations from your customers Be on the road within your territory 4 days/week, possible overnights Monitor active and future industrial, commercial, and housing projects. Host Lunch and Learns, participate in Counter Days, and attend industry events Potential for out of territory factory trainings 90 day probationary period Qualifications: Self-driven with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed 2-5+ years sales experience in similar role required Ability to present and demonstrate products to a variety of audiences Prior electrical industry background is preferred Must live in territory Clean driving record and background check required Reliable transportation Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission.
