Territory Manager

Territory Manager (San Diego or Orange County based)Geography: West CoastKey Hubs: California, Texas, ArizonaWhat You Will Do:Sell water filtration products and solutions throughout Life Sciences Laboratories based on the West Coast. In this role you will be supporting the West Coast Channel Sales Managers selling in collaboration, through a key distributor and direct to customer. Both local and overnight travel will be required.In This Role You Will:Partner with and support internal channel sales reps to sell your specific portfolio.Partner with distributor sales representatives to sell products and solutions to end user.Identify key targets and conduct joint and individual sales calls to close business.Drive revenue growth by identifying product solutions, matching products to customer needs and minimizing competitive losses.Build and strategically manage relationships with new and existing customersWhat You Will Need:Proven new business closer – 3+ years exceeding quota in hunter/new business development sales roles.Large territory expertise – Skilled in managing multi-state regions and prioritizing high-value targetsConsultative seller – Adept at uncovering customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing.Self-driven & resilient – Thrives in autonomous, competitive environments.Knowledge of standard manufacturing and business tools, including Microsoft Office.Ability to apply and articulate a customer value propositionExperience driving growth by collaborating with other team members internally & externally.Ability to translate technical product knowledge to both technical and non-technical customers.Bachelor’s degree in business or science.What You Will Get:Salary and commission structure ( uncapped)Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits401k vests upon joining with 4% matchCar allowance and mileage reimbursement
