Team members are encouraged to bring initiative and fresh ideas to help expand market presence and improve customer experience.Role Description This full-time Territory Manager role is a hybrid position based in London, ON, with a mix of on-site client visits and work-from-home responsibilities. The Territory Manager will oversee a defined geographic area, build and maintain relationships with existing customers, and actively identify new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, presenting product and service offerings, negotiating pricing and terms within established guidelines. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on orders and service issues, and participating in local marketing or promotional activities. The Territory Manager will also track competitor activity, provide feedback to leadership on market trends, and ensure a consistent, professional representation of Five Bo Inc. within the territory.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in territory management, account management, or field sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of clients.Solid business acumen, including basic understanding of pricing, margins, and sales forecasting.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with skill in prioritizing multiple accounts and activities.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Ontario as required.Ability to work independently.Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a Mechanical and/or Construction background is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered.Experience in the equipment rental, construction or dealership equipment industry or with similar products/services is an advantage but not strictly required.
