Territory Manager, North West England | Diabetes TechnologyKinara Group is representing a UK-based medtech business in its search for a Territory Manager to cover the North West.

Location: North West England (field-based)Package: up to £60,000 + uncapped OTE + car allowance + benefitsDiabetes technology is changing what daily life looks like for people living with the condition.

Our client is expanding its commercial team to bring a market-leading automated insulin delivery system to more people across the North West.The roleYou'll own the North West territory end to end, building relationships with diabetes clinical teams and driving adoption of the system across NHS trusts and specialist centres (secondary care). This is a consultative, clinically credible sales role. You'll work alongside healthcare professionals, support training and onboarding, and help shape how the technology is embedded into care pathways.What you'll doOwn and grow the North West territory, from strategic account planning through to delivery against targetsBuild strong relationships with diabetologists, diabetes specialist nurses, dietitians and wider MDT stakeholdersNavigate NHS structures, including funding pathways, business cases and commissioningDeliver product training and clinical education to healthcare professionalsWork closely with clinical, marketing and customer support colleagues to deliver an excellent experience for HCPs and people with diabetesRepresent the company at local and regional events, clinics and meetingsWhat we're looking forProven sales experience in medtech, diabetes technology (pumps, CGM), or a similar clinical device or pharma environment idealA strong understanding of the secondary care NHS landscape and how purchasing decisions are madeExisting relationships or credibility within North West diabetes services (advantageous)Confidence discussing technology and clinical data with specialist audiencesA self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can plan a territory independentlyClinical background, either through experience and definitely through educational background - required to have a Biology/ Physiology degreeFull UK driving licence and a base within the North WestWhy join?A fast-growing product in a category with genuine clinical and patient impactAutonomy, visibility and the chance to build a territoryCompetitive package and career progression as the business scalesInterested?
