Our journey started as Hala Express in 1993 with 150 vehicles. NAQEL Express, as an entity, is a joint venture between Saudi Post and Hala Express, formed in 2005.Our journey reached a new milestone in 2022 when Saudi Post (SPL) fully acquired NAQEL Express in line with the national Industry Development and Logistics Program of Vision 2030.NAQEL Express is seeking an experienced Territory Manager guide the organization's sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for sales teams. This candidate should have an ability to understand customers needs in a given territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques in DubaiResponsibilitiesActively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social media.Meet and exceed sales targets.Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns .Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services .Generate business from new and existing customer accounts .Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections .Collect all outstanding due payment on time.Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers .Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients .

• Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction .Carry out research to identify companies not currently doing business with the organization .Supervise shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction .Educate both consumers and colleagues about the productForecast and set goals for sales teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , Sales , or related field.skills Systems Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems .Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding the market and negotiating techniques .Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large teams of couriers, dispatchers, and sorting assistants in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.
