Our client designs and produces a highly regarded range of dental implants, prosthetic components and surgical instruments, and operates across multiple international markets. With a strong focus on clinical outcomes and ongoing product development, this is a business with genuine momentum and a growing presence in the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven dental sales professional who wants to take full ownership of a high-potential London territory and make a tangible commercial impact with a product range that stands up to scrutiny at the chairside.What You'll DoGenerate new business and grow revenue across an existing base of dental practices, dental schools and hospital-based dental departments in LondonBuild trusted, consultative relationships with implantologists, oral surgeons and wider dental teamsDeliver confident technical presentations and product demonstrations to clinical staff at all levelsAttend national trade shows and company events as requiredManage territory planning and sales activity through CRM, providing regular pipeline and progress reports to the GMExecute sales strategies aligned to company targets and growth objectivesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' field sales experience within the dental or dental devices sector - implants, prosthetics or surgical instruments experience is strongly preferredA proven, consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targetsSolid understanding of the dental practice landscape and the buying behaviours of clinical and practice management teamsStrong presentation and communication skills - written and verbalHighly organised, self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently with minimal oversightComfortable with domestic travel and occasional overnight staysDegree-educated, ideally in Business, Marketing, Science or a related disciplineWhy This RoleA well-supported, autonomous field role with genuine scope to shape and grow your territoryClinically credible product portfolio - something you can recommend with confidenceA stable, internationally active business with a long track record in the implants marketStrong internal support, clinical training resources and a collaborative management cultureApply today or contact Alex Hepworth for a confidential discussion.
