ParagonCare Orthopaedics provides innovative market leading solutions that make a real difference in the Orthopaedic and Sports medicine sector.About the RoleThe Orthopaedic Territory Manager is responsible for selling and supporting orthopaedic solutions to hospitals and clinicians and driving the commercial performance of the Orthopaedic product portfolio across public and private operating theatres and clinical settings within the assigned territory. You will play a key role in building ParagonCare Orthopaedics by representing the Company and its products to all stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering portfolio growth by applying clinical knowledge and strategic selling skills within both clinical and hospital settings. Success in this role will come from leveraging existing relationships, establishing rapport, and building trust with Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine specialists and other key stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territoryOversee and implement a call and travel plans that delivers resultsEnsure accurate, timely and compliant use of CRM systems for planning, reporting and delivering resultsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Consultants, Fellows and Trainees and Allied Health professionals to drive product adoption and clinical advocacyAs part of a larger team, support other territory managers and the business by covering areas outside the assigned territory as requiredRepresent ParagonCare in all customer interactions in a manner that demonstrates the Company’s core values, integrity, transparency, customer partnership, teamwork, and accountabilityMaintain a high level of product, clinical and technical expertise relevant to the Orthopaedic portfolioWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and growth initiativesComply with all company policies, procedures and safety requirementsAchieve budget through effective product strategy, market development and commercial executionDemonstrate flexibility with working hours and travel as required by business needsQualifications and experienceDegree in Health Sciences, Business or equivalent on the job learningExperience in the operating theatre environment3-5 years’ sales experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industriesExperience providing clinical support or running capital trials in an operating theatreKnowledge of anatomy and physiology focused on the musculoskeletal systemAbility to retain and articulate complex clinical informationHigh level of interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully engage with all stakeholdersStrong business acumen, analytical and organisational skillsAdaptable and flexible in response to changing business needs and an evolving portfolioWillingness to work as part of a broader teamProven track record of success in a previous roleDemonstrated strong work ethic and capacity to manage competing prioritiesCurrent Drivers LicenseDriven to succeed and relentless in pursuit of sales while delivering value and a positive customer experienceExperience in orthopaedic procedures that may include (Arthroplasty, Sports Medicine, clinical support, Capital equipment)Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive Salary & Incentives: Attractive salary package with performance-based bonuses.Flexible Work: Enjoy flexibility in managing your time.Career Growth: Access opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.ParagonCare fosters a workplace that seeks to include, welcome and value the contributions of all people and encourages people of all backgrounds to apply.We're not engaging any recruitment agencies for this role, so if you're interested please apply directly!
