About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our dental lab and clinical products to professional clients across the U.S. market, building relationships, and expanding our presence in the industry. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by promoting our dental lab and clinical products to dental offices, DSOs, schools and labs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including doctors, professors, dental office managers, and lab technicians.
- Identify and engage new potential customers, creating a network of prospects within your region.
- Organize and participate in training sessions, seminars, and other promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Report regularly on sales progress, market insights, and customer feedback.Territory:This role will cover the Great Chicago region. Travel within the state will be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, ideally in dentistry, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in dental, medical devices, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in sales and channel management of dental products (e.g., clear aligners) is a must.
- Proficient in using office software and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Results-driven, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary of $65,000 – $80,000, with the opportunity for quarterly, and yearly bonuses based on performance.
