Job Purpose We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Territory Sales Officer to develop new business opportunities for Fuworx in the Visakhapatnam Zone. The TSO will identify potential B2B customers, generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, introduce Fuworx solutions, coordinate with the internal technical team, and support the conversion of prospects into customers. Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in IT/technology sales are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop B2B prospects and new business opportunities in Vizag and assigned areas.
• Generate leads through Client Meetings , cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify potential SMEs and mid-market businesses that may require IT and digital transformation solutions.
• Understand customer business challenges and identify relevant Fuworx services.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team to understand customer requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
• Follow up on leads, meetings, proposals, quotations, and opportunities until closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Update all leads, activities, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Track competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation, meeting, pipeline, and sales targets
• Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the reporting manager. Candidate Requirements.
