This position offers an exciting opportunity to teach Academic English, contribute to curriculum development, design innovative assessments, and support the growth of English Language Teaching within the Business School.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing students' academic and professional English proficiency through learner-centered instruction and modern teaching methodologies.📎 Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching responsibilities include:Designing syllabi, course outlines, and learner-centered lesson materialsDelivering engaging English for Business Communication lessons using communicative and student-centered approachesDeveloping and administering continuous, midterm, and final assessmentsEvaluating and improving course materials, assessment methods, and teaching practicesSupporting curriculum development within the ELT & EM DepartmentContributing to departmental initiatives and the academic development of the Business SchoolParticipating in academic meetings, quality assurance, and faculty development activities📚 EducationBachelor's degree in English Language, English Literature, or a closely related fieldMaster's degree in TESL, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related disciplineAdditional teaching qualifications (CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) are an advantage🤝 Experience & CompetenciesMinimum 5 years of teaching experience in higher education institutionsInternational teaching experience is highly desirableActive participation in professional development through trainings, seminars, and workshopsAcademic publications or research experience are considered an advantageExperience designing curricula and language assessmentsStrong digital literacy, including Microsoft 365, Excel, and educational platforms (LMS)Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and learner-centered classroom environment🌐 Language RequirementsNative or near-native English proficiency suitable for university-level teaching and academic communication✏️ Working ConditionsCompetitive salary 56 working days of annual paid vacationModern international campus environmentAdditional benefits If you're interested, or know someone who might be a great fit, feel free to reach out or send your CV to s.adilova@centralasian.uz
