Key Responsibilities

Author the Automation Test Strategy and direct the Shift-Left automation blueprint for all active CRs.Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).Define the baseline performance, load, and stress testing thresholds.Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools and define ROI metrics for automation effortsCore Skill Set: Enterprise test automation framework design, CI/CD pipeline integration, and NFR definition.Years of Experience: 7–10 years in Test Automation framework and SDLC design.Preferred Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer
