Test Engineer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Develop detailed test plans aligned with program requirements and objectives. Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Ensure test environments, test data, and required tools are available and ready for execution. Drive alignment between testing activities, program goals, and stakeholder expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities. Collaborate with Program Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions. Oversee test execution activities to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards. Monitor testing progress and manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting. Escalate critical issues and risks in a timely manner. Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings throughout the testing lifecycle. Ensure adequate test coverage and compliance with established testing methodologies and processes.' Ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, execution results, and defect reports. Provide clear and timely reporting on testing status, defects, risks, and overall quality metrics. Prepare test phase summaries and contribute to go/no-go decision-making processes. Identify testing-related risks, dependencies, and potential impacts. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to proactively address risks and ensure successful delivery. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and test lifecycle management. Extensive experience managing Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) phases. Proven experience leading testing activities across multiple parallel projects or programs. Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills. Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting. Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience with test management tools and testing best practices. Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. Experience working within large-scale and complex transformation programs. Knowledge of test automation concepts and frameworks. Experience working in regulated and complex financial services environments. Knowledge of nCino and/or Salesforce platforms.
