Test Engineer

Are you a skilled Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in testing and validating complex electrical and mechanical systems in industrial environments?If you have a background with Mechanical Design Engineering (strong emphasis on design engineering experience), Metal manufacturing and fabrication, Pipe coating industry or Heavy engineering and industrial manufacturing sectors, then you are the one we are looking for!Our client is a US based company, specializes in providing coating services through robotic systems for onshore and offshore pipelines, refineries, and various other industrial plants.Key Responsibilities:Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing of robotic systems and subsystems.Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for electrical and mechanical components.Support the design and integration teams by providing feedback from testing activities.Troubleshoot and diagnose electro-mechanical issues in our robotic systems.Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions in a clear and organized manner.Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations for testing and safety.Assist in the designing, setup and maintenance of test rigs/setups, automated data acquisitionsystems for various electronics and mechanical systems.Participate in field trials and testing of systems when required.Continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to product quality enhancements.Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:Must HaveMinimum 7-8 years in testing preferably on electro-mechanical industrial equipment.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Must have relevant work experience in the Metal Manufacturing & Fabrication, Pipe Coating, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors.Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to technical challenges.Testing & Validation: Strong experience in testing electrical and mechanical systems.Electrical Systems: Knowledge of wiring, circuit testing, and electrical safety standards.Mechanical Systems: Understanding of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and system-level issues.Test Equipment & Instrumentation: Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators and DAQ tools .Instrumentation: Experience with sensors, data loggers, and test measurement tools.Nice to haveMechanical Systems: Understanding of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and system-level issues.Location: Abqaiq, Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaType of Employment: Permanent / Full-timeSalary: SAR 10,675/Month (Inclusive of food allowance)Family status shall be provided after a year.What You Can Expect from the Employer:Free transportationFree AccommodationFree food or food allowance.Family status will be provided after a yearCompany-provided transportation, entry ticket, visa, and accommodationComprehensive benefits package including travel and visa / iqama sponsorshipMedical insurance provided as per company policyOpportunities for professional development and career growthA collaborative and supportive work environmentA clean and hygienic environment.Working with decently / highly educated and professional team.Involvement in industrial automation projects across sectors.A dynamic work culture focused on innovation, safety, and reliability.Field exposure in real-time system implementation and optimization.
