Hiring: Test Lead | Dubai Onsite | 9-12 Years Experience | Immediate Joiners Preferred📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)💼 Position: Test Lead🏢 Domain: Retail or SAP📅 Experience: 9-12 Years⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredWe are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Testing to lead end-to-end testing activities for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have domain expertise in Retail or SAP and experience managing onsite-offshore teams while driving quality deliverables and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall quality of testing and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Interact with client stakeholders to identify project risks, concerns, and resolution plans.Report project status, risks, issues, and progress to Delivery/Program Managers.Ensure compliance with client processes and organizational quality standards.Consolidate, analyze, and report testing metrics and project activity reports.Drive knowledge management and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the project.Create Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Design documents, Test Scenarios, and Execution Schedules.Assign tasks to team members and manage workload effectively.Track project milestones, deliverables, and testing progress.Manage offshore testing teams and monitor testing activities.Provide functional and testing-related clarifications to offshore teams.Track and manage new requirements, enhancements, and change requests.Lead daily defect triage meetings and coordinate defect resolution activities.Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore processes and agreed timelines.Coordinate with business users for inputs, reviews, approvals, and sign-offs.Prepare and publish testing reports including execution status, test coverage, defect metrics, and quality dashboards.Ensure adherence to QA processes, testing methodologies, and best practices.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with client stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:9-12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.Strong experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.Domain expertise in Retail, E-commerce, or Automotive.Proven experience managing and mentoring onsite-offshore testing teams.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience coordinating UAT activities and business user interactions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA processes, and testing best practices.Why Join Us?✅ Work on a high-impact project with a leading organization in Dubai✅ Client-facing leadership opportunity✅ Dynamic and collaborative team environment✅ Excellent growth and learning opportunities📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume on vishwa.fafadia@qualitykiosk.com along with below details:Total Experience:Relevant Test Lead ExperienceDomain Experience Retail OR SAP:Current Location:Notice Period:Current Salary:Expected Salary:
