Test Lead - (Temenos T24 - Mortgage & Lending)

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing activities for mortgage enhancements on the Temenos T24 Core Banking platform and associated workflow applications. The role spans end-to-end testing of mortgage journeys on the Temenos T24 core banking platform and the associated BPMN-based Workflow Management System — covering loan opening, settlement, refunds, auto-closure, and regulatory / MIS reporting — across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, API, and data testing, while driving the continuous improvement of testing standards within the Testing Centre.Key Responsibilities: Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and defect management for T24 mortgage enhancements. Design and execute functional, regression, API, integration, and data test cases. Validate end-to-end mortgage processes including loan origination, disbursement, settlements, refunds, and auto-closure. Manage and mentor the offshore testing team, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to testing standards. Coordinate SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting. Support automation initiatives and leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve testing efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements. RequirementsMin of 8+ years of experience in software testing, including experience leading or coordinating a testing team, across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testingBanking Products and Process Knowledge Preferred Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform (mortgage / lending preferred)Hands-on testing experience with mortgage / lending products and SZHP-type government housing or subsidy schemes is highly desirableExperience testing BPMN / workflow management systems and system integrations in a core-banking landscapeDemonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environmentsExperience with API testing and data validationExposure to test automation tools and frameworks is an advantageNote : Immediate Joiners preferred
