Test Manager (Capital Markets)Position: Test Manager – Capital MarketsExperience: 10–15 YearsLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time / Long-Term ContractDomain: Banking & Capital MarketsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets to lead enterprise-wide testing initiatives for a leading banking client in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in managing QA teams, defining testing strategies, and delivering high-quality testing services across complex capital market applications.Candidates must have prior experience working in Saudi Arabia and possess a strong understanding of the Saudi banking and financial services landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end testing activities across Capital Markets applications and platforms.Define and implement the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Governance, and Quality Assurance framework.Manage Functional, System Integration, Regression, Performance, UAT, and Production Validation testing.Lead multiple QA teams comprising Test Leads, Functional Testers, Automation Engineers, and Performance Testers.Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Development, PMO, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams throughout the SDLC.Review business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and quality metrics reporting.Manage test estimation, planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and project timelines.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and organizational quality processes.Coordinate SIT, UAT, Release Validation, and Go-Live support activities.Present quality dashboards, project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing QA best practices and process optimization.Mentor and guide testing teams while promoting a quality-first culture.Required Experience10–15 years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.Minimum 4–5 years in a Test Manager or QA Manager role.Mandatory experience working in Saudi Arabia.Extensive experience in Capital Markets projects within banks or financial institutions.Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.Experience managing large testing teams across multiple projects.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.Mandatory Capital Markets ExperienceCandidates should possess hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:Equity TradingFixed IncomeBondsTreasury OperationsInvestment BankingSecurities TradingAsset ManagementPortfolio ManagementMutual FundsWealth ManagementCustody ServicesCorporate ActionsDerivativesForeign Exchange (FX)Money MarketsClearing & SettlementRisk ManagementTrade Lifecycle ManagementMarket Data IntegrationCompliance & Regulatory ReportingTechnical SkillsExperience with:Test Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, qTest, Zephyr)Defect ManagementAPI Testing (Postman, SOAP UI)SQL and Database ValidationTest Automation Frameworks (preferred)CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing practicesTest Metrics and ReportingPerformance Testing coordinationRelease and Environment ManagementPreferred QualificationsExperience working with leading Capital Market platforms.Knowledge of trading systems, exchanges, and settlement platforms.Experience in banking transformation or digital modernization projects.ISTQB Certification (Preferred).PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certification is an advantage.Mandatory RequirementsSaudi Arabia project experience is mandatory.Capital Markets domain expertise is mandatory.Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.If interested pls reply with updated cv to balaguru@hastraa.comWRBalaguru
