Test Operator LEAD

Test Operator Lead (Temp-to-Hire) | Camarillo, CAWe are seeking an experienced Test Operator Lead to join our manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a working lead position, where the selected candidate will spend the majority of their time performing production testing while also providing leadership and support to a small team.Schedule:Full-time, Monday through FridayAfternoon/Evening Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:15 PMInitial training will be completed during the day shiftOvertime may be required, including early starts, late stays, and occasional weekendsKey ResponsibilitiesConnect products to electronic test equipment and perform software testingAssemble cable harnesses and support testing operationsOperate test equipment including flying probe and ICT equipment as neededLead, train, and direct team membersAssign work and monitor productivityParticipate in meetings with management regarding department performanceEstablish performance expectations and support employee developmentPrioritize testing activities to meet production schedulesEnsure defects and issues are resolved in a timely mannerFollow all quality, safety, ESD, and ISO proceduresVerify work meets specifications and quality standardsAssist in other production departments as neededQualificationsMinimum 2 years of electronics test operator experience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experienceAbility to read and use a multimeterStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilitiesBasic computer proficiencyAbility to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specificationsStrong communication skills in EnglishPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing and walkingRegular use of both handsLift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionallyEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredCompensation$23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
