Guided by our commitment to Building Tomorrow, we combine innovation, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture to shape the future of technology manufacturing.We're looking for an experienced Test & Repair Operations Supervisor to lead frontline test and repair operations, develop high-performing technical teams, and ensure production, quality, and operational goals are consistently achieved in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoAs the Test & Repair Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading technicians through daily production execution while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.Key responsibilities include:Lead daily test and repair operations to achieve production schedules and customer commitments.Supervise and coach Test Engineering Technicians and Repair Technicians across assigned production areas or shifts.Monitor and drive key manufacturing metrics including Throughput (UPH), First Pass Yield (FPY), Cycle Time (CT), and Time to Repair (TTR).Conduct shift start-up meetings, production communication, and shift handoffs.Balance staffing, workload, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency.Serve as the first escalation point for production, testing, and repair issues.Coordinate containment activities and communicate production risks to engineering and leadership.Support root cause investigations and corrective actions to improve quality and reliability.Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous learning.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing test, repair, electronics, or production operations.2–4+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.Experience leading technical teams within a manufacturing environment.Working knowledge of manufacturing test processes, hardware diagnostics, and repair workflows.Strong understanding of server hardware and manufacturing operations.KPI-driven mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, PFMEA, and SPC fundamentals.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting AI server platforms, GPU systems, or enterprise hardware.Experience with liquid cooling technologies.Background in automated manufacturing test systems.Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.Experience supporting high-volume or hyperscale manufacturing environments.Experience leading teams in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.Why Join Compal?At Compal USA Technology, you'll help build the infrastructure powering the world's leading AI and cloud technologies.
