This role is crucial in identifying product defects, verifying customer claims, and ensuring accurate data collection to support the quality engineering process. What you will do at VeSync:Process returned products and prepare it for testing.Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on products based on set procedures.Record and report test results, ensuring all data is accurate and comprehensive.Assist in root cause analysis by providing detailed testing feedback, photos and videos as evidences.Ensure that testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.What you bring to the role:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate in electronics, engineering, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in product testing, quality control, or a similar role.Basic understanding of testing equipment and tools, with the ability to perform standard diagnostic procedures.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recording of data.Ability to follow established testing protocols and procedures.Familiarity with electronic devices and troubleshooting techniques.Location:This is an on-site, office-based role in Anaheim, CA.Salary:Starting salary: $28.29/hourPerks and Benefits:100% covered Medical/Dental/Vision insurances for employee AND spouse + dependents!401K with 4% employer match (eligible after 90 days of employment) and immediate 100% vestingGenerous PTO policy + paid holidaysLife InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceDisability InsuranceCritical Illness CoverageAccident InsuranceHealthcare FSADependent Care FSATravel Assistance ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Fully stocked kitchen
