Testing and commissioning Engineer

Lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, handling, preservation, and issuance of materials.Should have hands-on experience working with SAP ERP, particularly the MM (Materials Management) and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, identification, and documentation of incoming materials and equipment.Maintain inventory accuracy through effective inventory control processes and stock verification activities.Manage material issuance processes to ensure timely availability of materials for projects and operations.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams to support material planning and delivery requirements.Ensure compliance with warehouse safety requirements and material handling procedures.Manage warehouse personnel, resources, and equipment to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.Conduct periodic inventory counts and regular stock audits to verify inventory integrity.Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory records within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems.Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels.10-15 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations. Minimum 3 years in a warehouse supervisory or management role preferably within Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors.Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.Preferred :Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).Warehouse Management Certification.
