Our interdisciplinary team includes 8 psychiatric prescribers, 4 residents, and 3 psychologists/specialists.NHSC Approved Site: We are proud to be an NHSC-approved service site. Working with us may qualify you for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (LRP), offering significant tax-free student loan repayment in exchange for your service in our community.The RoleWe are seeking qualified Psychologists passionate about psychological testing and dedicated to helping a diverse patient population. We prioritize clinician well-being, autonomy, and high-quality care within a supportive, clinician-led environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological assessments for children and adults.Supervise testing assistants and interpret standardized instruments.Provide detailed evaluation reports and tailored treatment recommendations.Conduct feedback sessions for patients, families, and referring providers.Commitment to Access: Provide high-quality care to all patients, including those utilizing our Sliding Fee Schedule or public insurance (Medicaid/Medicare).QualificationsEducation: PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.Licensure: Currently licensed or license-eligible as a Psychologist in the State of Idaho.Expertise: Experience in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological and neuropsychological assessments.Values: A commitment to serving underserved populations and providing equitable healthcare access.Compensation and BenefitsLoan Repayment: Eligibility to apply for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (site HPSA score may apply).Pay Model: Flexible, competitive percentage-based compensation (productivity model).
