The educator will teach English to middle and secondary school students, following the prescribed curriculum and preparing lesson plans aligned with learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include delivering interactive classroom sessions, assigning and evaluating classwork and homework, and preparing students for assessments. The role requires maintaining classroom discipline, providing academic support to learners with varied abilities, and collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching practices. The teacher will also participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development activities.Qualifications Ability to teach English effectively, with strong English Teaching and Training skills.Excellent Communication skills for classroom interaction, parent engagement, and collaboration with staff.Comfort with Translation where needed to support learners’ understanding.Customer Service mindset to address student and parent queries respectfully and constructively.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Prior experience teaching English at middle or secondary school level is highly desirable.Strong classroom management abilities and a learner-centered approach.Willingness to participate in school activities and continuous professional development.
