Daily responsibilities include planning lesson activities, teaching literature and language skills, evaluating student performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves preparing and updating teaching materials, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting learners with diverse needs. The educator will collaborate with colleagues for academic planning, contribute to co-curricular activities related to English, and participate in parent–teacher interactions and school events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar.`QualificationsStrong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom instruction, and assessment.Effective Communication abilities for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.Competence in Translation where needed for academic or communication purposes.Customer Service orientation to address student and parent queries with patience and professionalism.Training skills to mentor learners, conduct remedial sessions, and support academic enrichment.Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English or a related discipline, with a recognized teacher training qualification (e.g., B.Ed.).Prior experience teaching English at middle or secondary school level, preferably in a CBSE or similar curriculum.Proficiency in using educational technology, digital content, and classroom management tools.Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and support varied learning styles.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
