Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching literature and language skills, assessing student progress through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves creating a positive classroom environment, integrating innovative teaching methods, supporting co-curricular activities, and participating in parent-teacher interactions. The educator will also collaborate with colleagues on academic planning, contribute to school events, and uphold school policies and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Maharaja Surajmal International School in Khategaon.Qualifications Strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment.Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with students, colleagues, and families.Competence in Translation and related language support tasks when required.Customer Service orientation to address student and parent queries respectfully and professionally.Experience in Training, mentoring, or guiding learners to improve language proficiency and confidence.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Familiarity with CBSE or similar school curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.Ability to use basic educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral and non-discriminatory teaching practices.
