The TGT English educator will teach English language and literature to middle and secondary school students in alignment with CBSE curriculum and school guidelines. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback to support learning. The role involves maintaining classroom discipline, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and encouraging students’ participation in literary and co-curricular activities. The educator will also participate in staff meetings, parent interactions, school events, and professional development activities as part of the academic team.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, with experience in teaching English at middle or secondary school level, preferably in a CBSE environment.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain concepts to diverse learners.Candidates should possess skills in Translation where needed for supporting students’ understanding between English and local languages.Candidates should possess a student-centered approach and Customer Service orientation in dealing respectfully and patiently with students, parents, and colleagues.Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to guide students in reading, writing, speaking, and exam preparation.Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in English with B.Ed. (or equivalent teacher training) from a recognized institution.Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment skills; familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools is an advantage.Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth; prior teaching experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
