The educator will plan and deliver engaging lessons, prepare teaching materials, and assess student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom activities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining lesson plans, managing classroom discipline, providing individual support to students, and creating a positive learning environment. The role also includes participating in staff meetings, parent–teacher interactions, school events, and professional development programs. The teacher is expected to follow the school’s academic guidelines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, with the ability to teach both English and Social Science effectively at TGT and PGT levels.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear classroom instruction, student guidance, and interaction with parents and colleagues.Candidates should possess Translation skills to support bilingual explanations or clarify concepts for learners when needed.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to address student and parent queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.Candidates should possess Training skills to mentor students in study methods, exam preparation, and overall academic improvement.Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Social Science, Education, or a related field, along with B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training.Prior experience teaching at school level, familiarity with board curricula, and strong classroom management abilities.Proficiency in using basic educational technology and digital tools for lesson preparation and student assessment.
